Seller verification
We verify the seller's identity and contact details before the listing is approved and shown publicly.
No direct contact
Buyers and sellers never exchange contact details directly. All enquiries are routed through our admin team, who connect both sides by phone.
Ongoing checks
Listings are periodically re-verified to confirm they're still available, and any reported listing is immediately hidden pending review.
Remember: never transfer any amount to anyone without personally verifying the property and its papers. Report any suspicious request immediately.
